TPr Amelia Neoh Siew Yin

TPr Amelia Neoh is Local Project Officer with the United Nations Human Settlement Programme, Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (UN-Habitat ROAP), and is based in Malaysia. She brings 16 years of multi-sectoral experiences, spanning federal, state and local government, before pivoting into the private sector, having leadership roles in real estate development and a multinational consultancy firm. Her expertise is in the field of urban development, development economics and public policies within the ASEAN and Australasia Region. Amelia is a Chartered Town Planner with the Malaysian Town Planning Board, and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Development Planning from The Barlett School of Planning, University College London (UCL).
