Dr. Neil Khor

Neil Khor is Advisor to the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur. He was formerly Chief of Staff of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). Before joining the UN, he was Chief Operations Officer and founding Grants Programme Director at Think City (Malaysia). An historian, Neil read English at the University of Cambridge, UK. He is the author of Towns of Malaya (2018) among other books on the urban and social history of Malaysia.
