Dr. Jackie Lei Tin Ong is a seasoned educator and professional with over 25 years of international experience in tourism, hospitality management, and sustainable development. Former Senior Lecturer and Program Manager at RMIT University Vietnam, where she spearheaded curriculum innovation and interdisciplinary research that propelled the Tourism and Hospitality Management program into the global Top 76–100 (Shanghai Ranking) within five years of its launch.
